Hypnosis

is a state of heightened and focused consciousness in which the mind is made more receptive to positive, therapeutic suggestion. Bad habits can be replaced with positive patterns of behavior.

Hypnosis can be used for virtually anything. The most common uses of Hypnosis include:

Anyone can be hypnotized who wants to be hypnotized. Hypnosis will work for any client if they want it to work.

Will I know what is being said and what I am saying? Generally speaking, the client remembers 50-100% of what is said during the session.

A cassette tape is given to the client to reinforce the suggestions given to them during their session.
